how to delete value of field using radio button

Hello Everyone,

How can we delete pre-filled value from field using radio button.

Suppose..i have two string field a and b and two radio button c and d............and both string fields contain some pre-defined values.

I want that if i choose radio button d, value from field b will be deleted if any value is available there.....same if i choose button c ,value from field a will be deleted.

How can we do that?

Have a callback on the radio button set the form->field->value on the other fields to "" as appropriate (e.g. form->field->value="").
