Control cadence virtuoso through terminal

Hi all, my goal is to create a UNIX script to automatically launch cadence and do all the simulations needed. I have seen some threads in this forum related to this topic however it seems the virtuoso is not configured in terminal mode. I send a screenshot of what happens when I try to do virtuoso -help. Indeed it launches virtuoso but I can't control it through the terminal. Even launching virtuoso when I am on the work folder does not help. Any ideas on how to fix this ?

    Presumably that is a wrapper provided by Europractice that is invoking the real Virtuoso underneath. You would need to contact Europractice (helpfully the message even gives you the email address!) to find out how to pass arguments through to allow you to run virtuoso in (say) -nograph mode.

    Hi Andrew,

    I contacted Europractice and they pointed out the problem. After running a diagnosis on the packages I had installed on the machine I saw what was missing. It seems the -nograph mode requires Xvfb.
