Here is a label (Metal  pin)

I would like to ask if there is a way to make this label "bold"

but keep the font [stick]

my virtuoso version is ICADVM18.1-64b.500.10

Nope. For labels, pretty much everything is like 1990.

You can switch to using TrueType fonts:

    envSetVal( "layout" "useOverrideFontName" 'boolean t)
envSetVal( "layout" "overrideFontName" 'string "(stick sansLight)")

You could pick sansBold as the mapped font if you wish them to be bolder.

These two options are documented in current versions. A little bit less visible, but it does give you something more modern than the old line fonts.
