Change Label text (Layout view)

In layout view I want rename several label in this way (example):

from A<0:999> to A<1000:1999>

Is possible do this command with a skill script ? I hadn' t found the way using command menu

    This article will do the job. Note that it says it's for schematics, but it works with layout labels too (I tried it): SKILL to increment or decrement schematic bundled bus bit numbers of a wide wire by a given count, change wire name labels of non-scalar bits

    For example, if you have multiple selected labels, you can do:

    foreach(label geGetSelSet() when(label~>objType=="label" CCSincrLabel(1000 label)))
