Create Report Field

I created a report field to display opened cellview, when I click one item then callback procedure which is "hiRaiseWindow()" will be invoked and then corresponding window will be current window. However this app form is lower level. How can I keep the app form still at the top level after "hiRaiseWindow()" is invoked? thanks in advance.

Well this is what hiRaiseWindow() does - it pops whatever windows you  specify to the top of the window stack. If you just want a window to be the current(!) window use hiSetCurrentWindow() instead. The current window is not necessarily the window on top.

You could just also call hiDisplayForm(form) again within the callback to raise the form to the front?
