To adjust the length of automatically generated wires after pressing space in schematic

Hi,

When I select a symbol in Virtuoso Schematic and press the space in the keyboard, Cadence adds the wires around the symbol.

How to increase the default length of generated lines and the font size of labels in a schematic view.

thanks

The length of the stub is controlled by this cdsenv var:

    schematic stubLength int 2

(the number is the number of grid points of the minor grid).

The label sizes are controlled by:

    schematic createLabelFontHeight float 0.0625

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your response. The method you mentioned is effective. However, when I increase the length of the wire, the automatically generated label remains close to one side of the pin. Is there a way to center it along the middle of the wire?

    Thanks.

I don't believe there's any control for that, as far as I know.
