Assign a value to a symbol created by concat

I want to assgian a value to a symbol created by concat as following skill code, but error is reported. How should I do?

for(i 1 9
    concat('a i) = i*2
)

    In addition, you should consider whether this is the right approach. Perhaps you should be using an array or a hash table instead? Symbols are not garbage collected, so unless there's a very good reason, creating new symbols as a pseudo-array as you've described is not the best idea...
