How give the cell name in the spectre netlist for a spectre view instance

For example, in the top cell of a schematic, I put a spectre view instance I0, when using ADE L to create spectre netlist, the I0 in the spectre looks like:

I0 (in out) subcircuit

what I want to do is add the cell name <cellname> for it, so in the generate spectre netlist, it looks like:

I0 (in out) <cellname>

how can I do this ?

Further question, I have a spectre view symbol, how to make it as a subckt in the spectre netlist, is it possible?

This appears to be related to your other question https://community.cadence.com/cadence_technology_forums/f/custom-ic-skill/59687/how-to-create-spectre-netlist-for-an-schematic-which-has-an-error-exist-schematic-sub-circuit-as-a-symbol-in-this-view

To answer your first question - use Tools→CDF→Edit in the CIW for the cell in question, pick Base CDF, and then on the simulation information, in the spectre section change the component name to the name of the cell (rather than subcircuit).

If you have a spectre view, it will simply stop at that point and print an instance using the CDF information - it will not create a subckt. If you want a subckt, create a schematic view (with whatever name you want - e.g. schematic_empty) - could be done by opening the symbol and using Create→CellView→From CellView and picking the view as "schematic_empty". Then you'll get a view with just pins.

You'd need to ensure that view gets chosen, either by adjusting the view list on Setup→Environment in ADE or if using a Config, ensuring it is the View to Use for that cell (or adjusting the default view list in the hierarchy editor).
