How to update the values of choices in cyclic drop down menu

Based on the input i want to changed the list of options shown in drop down menu

    You would have callbacks on the fields that impact the choices, and then have that callback update the choices of the cyclic field. A related discussion happened in the last few weeks here: hiCreateCyclicField : Value changes when the choices are updated
