RTL Compiler with MSV Flow

Hi, I am from Syracuse University,NY. I was trying to compile a script yesterday specifically written for MSV (Multi-Supply Voltage) design flow, but the compiler does not recognize some of the very important commands. I suspect that the version of RTL compiler installed in our system is the very basic one and I need a more sophisticated version that adapts MSV flow. Am I right on this? If yes, what should be our plan of action as a university subscriber of Cadence? I really appreciate any help. I need this tool very urgently for my research. Regards, Tikkir.

University students can contact their professor or university software adminsitrator for purchase of additional tools from Cadence. This student was answered privately.
