Sugnalstorm Characterization of Pass Transistors?

archive
archive over 17 years ago

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has ideas on how to get signalstorm to characterize a cell that has pass transistors in it. I have two cells, a mux with inverted output, and an Xnor.

It is in simple mode, and obviously it is not able to determine the gate types when I run db_gsim -force. It declares than A and B are inout rather than inputs. Any ideas?
