how to merge sdf file in ets?

there are different coner sdf and incremetal sdf, such as:

worst : max.sdf

incr worst: max.incr.sdf

fast : min.sdf

incr fast: min.incr.sdf

how to merge these sdf into a sdf in the ets?

 

ps: latest ets(71) command is required. such read_sdf -early_sdf_field ...
