Spacing violation Fix

Hi all,

after post route in SOCE, i am getting spacing violation in my design.

1/16, Spacing violations, regular wire net of net n786798, layer M2 (M2L), (X:1000, Y:1000).......

please help me out in understanding the violation, and how to fix it?

is it any candence document which will help me to fix such kind of violation?
