How to print out the view of layout in Encounter?

Emma

 Hi,

I am trying to print out the view of layout in Encounter. But I can only find the screen capture option in Encounter and the quality of the image is too poor to print. Does anyone know how to do it?

Thanks,

Emma

    Hi Emma,

Could you clarify whether you're using Tools->Screen Capture->Screen Dump -or- Tools->Screen Capture->Dump to GIF ?

Actually, the image quality seems pretty good to me with either approach, so I'm not sure what might be going on your case.

For what it's worth, I like to use "xv" for UNIX screen capturing, and I'm a big fan of "http://www.jingproject.com" within Windows.  I usually run Encounter through VNC, so Jing works great for selective screen capture with annotation like this:

    Thanks!
