How to remove empty module after optDesign?

After mijn optDesign run in PostCts-stage I've got following messages:

Found empty module (abl_frss_SHELL_BUF_SPC_65).
Found empty module (abl_ivnss_6c_8l_SHELL_BUF_SPC_88).
Found empty module (abl_ivnss_6c_8l_SHELL_BUF_SPC_120).
Found empty module (abl_ivnss_6c_8l_SHELL_BUF_SPC_121).
Found empty module (abl_ivnss_6c_8l_SHELL_BUF_SPC_122).
Found empty module (abl_ivnss_6c_8l_SHELL_BUF_SPC_123).
Found empty module (abl_ivnss_6c_8l_SHELL_BUF_SPC_124).
Found empty module (abl_ivnss_6c_8l_SHELL_BUF_SPC_125).
Found empty module (glrd_pinmux_TCB_SHADOW_FF_SPC_16).
Found empty module (glrd_pinmux_TCB_SHADOW_FF_SPC_17).
Found empty module (glrd_pinmux_TCB_SHADOW_FF_SPC_18).

How can I remove these cells (which are generated by FE) after optimize? Because I've
got some mismatchs for my LVS-run and I dont want to modified my netlist.

    Hi , can you let us know if this is a warning or ERROR message on encounter ,
    BTW did you sow such messages during LVS run like V2LVS ??
