Density violations after adding metal fill

Hi,

I did metal fill to remove density violations in SOC encounter to one of my designs, but calibre stills shows density violations for metal1.

I tried out various options of addMetalFill to fix the violations but did not help.

Could anyone tell me how to fix this violation?

Thanks,

Vaishali

It seems that the rule check in calibre and metal density rule in SOC are not able to co-relate. You may want to try doing metal fill in calibre. It uses GDS as the base for metal filling, and your filling rules should include the density rule of each metal of your interest. Hope that helps.
