change via after clock shielding

Hello !!
Now I use SOC Encounter V5.2 USER2.
I found Some problem.
After NanoRoute Shielding clock Net , All STACKVIA of clock net is changed Normal VIA
So I have so many DRC violation ( Min Area ERROR)
I am wondering that the route engine of Nanoroute and clock shileding router is different??
please solve this problem.
