I have a verilog netlist out of RTL compiler and Open Access physical libraries for standard cells. How to import a design into encounter using verilog netlist and Open Access physical libraries? When using Design->Import Design -> Advanced -> OpenAccess there is option of OA netlist. Is it possible to import the design using verilog netlist?

Yes you can, you just leave the import openaccess netlist option unselected, and import your verilog netlist the normal way
