How to snap io pins on to routing tracks????

Hi all :-),

I had a problem when i tried to snap the pins on to the track during my floorplan.According to my floorplan my pins are on the either sides(left and right) of the FP.
When i tried to snap io pins on to the tracks all the pins from rightside of my die came to the left and it was equally spread......But what i intended was to retain the original sides(right & left as such) and just want to adjust the IO s on to the tracks. Is there any way to do it????

I tried it with Edit-->Pin Editor.

FYI:
         Am using Encounter 7.1

Thanks & Regards,

NAADHAN

     Hi Naadhan,

Instead of snapping all the pins at once, select just the pins on the left and snap, then the pins on the right and snap. With the pin editor form up, you can sort the pins by which side they are on to make selecting them easy. Let me know if this works, or if you need more explanation.
