Finding all the Cells in a Design

I've started using SOC Encounter recently and I'm still not clear about a good many things. But here's my first question. I need to identify all the flip-flops in the design and detach a certain pin from the net connected to it. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to traverse through the design so I don't leave out any flip-flops. I want to start from the topcell. Any suggestions? Thanks Vaishnavi

    I used the following command to get a collection of all the flip flops in the design all_registers -flops I then used get_object_name to find the name of the instance. How do I use this information to find the pins associated with this instance? If I can find the pins, I can use report_net -pin to get the net connected to the pin and then use detachTerm to disconnect the net from the pin.
