Layout GXL

Hi all,

I'm new in Layout design. I have a very basic question. I designed a 2 stage Miller compensated amplifer. mimcap & rppolywo have been used as compensation cap & resistance. How can I connect the cap & res with transistor Gate/Drain in Layout? Do I need any via/cut? Which metal layer (or other type of connection) should I use?

Thank you !
