Width of shield nets

While performing routing with nondefault rules in SOC Encounter 7.1, i wish to get shielding. But, only the wire to be shielded follows nondefault rule where      as shiled wire is being routed with regular width . My intension or purpose is to get both shielding and signal wires of nondefault widths. 

 

Is there any commands or options for this . Please tell me.

    Nanoroute only routes shield nets with the default width. To route the shield nets at wider widths you need to use a custom router such at the Virtuoso Custom Router or the mixed signal router. The following solution provides more details:
