a question about setOptCond

in a design , which contains many memory. need I setOpCond -max / -min -maxlibrary/-minLibrary for these memories?

i only setOpCond for standard cells for later delay calculation. how about these blocks?

You only need to specify the operating condition once. The condition you specify will be used for every library in the design.
