Input Activity number for Propagation Based Static Power Analysis

 All,

Could you please let me know how to decide the input activity , seq_activity numbers for  Static Power Calculation if we dont have VCD,TCFand SAF file.Below is the command for reference::

set_default_switching_activity -input_activity ??? -period ??? -seq_activity ???

     Neelam,

    Just pick a number that you feel comfortable with for your design. We usually go with 20% (0.20). Some would say that's too high and some would say that's too low. But I believe this is just used for components whose activity cannot be figured out from the TWF file. (Do make sure you provide PowerMeter with a TWF file.) Power experts, please correct me if I'm wrong.
