How to keep drill hole open

I'm using PCB Editor Manufacture->Artwork to export route layers to Gerber files.

The layers are exported with solid filled pads, is it possible to "Keep drill hole open" using PCB Editor.

I know that this option is available in "orcad layout", I'm orcad layout user and switching to PCB editor.

Please Help
