Command-line method to draw a ruler on the GUI?

Anyone know how to programmatically draw a ruler on the Encounter GUI?  I'm trying to setup some automatic screen capture routines and the data doesn't make much sense without a ruler.  That isn't a command that gets included in the .cmd file.

Thx,
JG

Sorry for the delayed response.  We don't currently have a way to create a ruler from the command line.

We'll file a CCR requesting this- thanks for the feedback.
