controlling the version of the database dumped by FE

I am currently using the 5.2 version of FE.I would like to switch to an older version ohe FE for some optimization step.The commmand "saveDesignForPrevRelease" can be used to dump the datbase in 4.2 version.Would like to to know if there is there a way to control the version for which the database is dumped out.For example if I am using much older version of FE and not the immediate previous version, how do I proceed.

    Hi Vijay ,

    Please try if you would like to change , Hope this will help out .

    you have to export DEF and LEF then Import them for version change !!

    # Example for LEF & DEF version change
    set dbgLefDefOutVersion 4.2

    # Example for design version change for config file design.conf ( in *.enc.dat)
    set rda_Input(import_mode) {-useLefDef56 0 }
