let me know difference between reqular pin & special pin.

    The primary difference between regular and special is typically whether the object is in the Verilog netlist or not.

    Could you provide some additional context for your question?  Specifically, are you talking about IO pins -or- pins on an instance?  Are you talking about how these types of pins are queried interactively or how they appear in the DEF?
