order of cell list

We should supply a cell list for building clock tree during the CTS. whether the order of cell list affect the result of CTS or not ?

    The order of the cell list will not effect the results of CTS , the only matter is the type of buffers you select in the list ,
    The above conclusion is based on my experience only
