Routing /dfm checks for 65nm

Can someone share the list of checks (routing/dfm) required specifically for 65nm and below technologies?

It's probably best to consult the design rule manual from the foundry you're working with.

Sorry I can't be more specific- it's a broad question.

     Hi Bob,

My question was the additional/specific checks that needs to be done at lower technologies. What are the differences in the rule checks between 130nm, 90nm and 65nm?

I'm sure Nanoroute would have to be enhanced to make sure that these specific design rules are met/satisfied for lower nodes. It would be great if there are any specific mode settings/options in Nanoroute which can be turned on in order to check the same.

Please let me know if there are any such options in Nanoroute that should be turned on specifically for 65nm and lower technologies.
