Is there a way to find out whats the max/min clock frequency at which a flop operates after Clock tree is built?

The clock pin of the flop has a "clocks" property associated with it which stores the period.  It could get complicated with multiple clocks on a clock pin and unusual waveforms, but here's an example of how you could query that from the clock pin:

    encounter 36> get_property [get_property [get_pins r770_reg_4/CKN] clocks] period
    16.000

Is this what you're looking for?

    Hope this helps,
    Bob
