Execute EPS without verilog,SPEF

I'm VoltageStormPE user. Frankly speaking VoltageStormPE
demand DEF, LEF and PowerReport in the view of design data.
Now we are about to move into EPS.
EPS seems to demand DEF,LEF,PowerReport as well as verilog,SPEF
even I don't need to execute power calculation.
Can I execute EPS without verilog,SPEF as substituion of VoltageStormPE.

    Hi Thank for your comment.

I'm afraid I'm VoltageStorm user, not encounter user.  I guess eps would be modified for new usefull function and refinement of
existing function. On the other hand I assume voltagestorm wouldn't be modified any more, so I prefer eps to voltagestorm.

Are there any option or command that make eps skip reading verilog, sdc procedure.
I just want to analyze IR drop and EM with DEF, LEF, GDSII without verilog, spef, sdc.

    Best regards.
