optdesign deleting shielded nets

I have some nets shileded with gnd and i have fixed attribute on these nets. now i am at postRoute stage. when i give optDesign, tool deletes shielding of these nets. Also when i do globalDetailRoute for routing of changes i did with routeonlyselectednets ture, the net vias with shielding attr. r moved from horizontal to vertical and giving shots with surrounding nets.

can any one plase tell me a method to tell the tool to preserve the shielded net routing.
