Reading Verilog library in Encounter

Hi All, How can I read a verilog library in encounter or how can I include in encounter config file for verilog library. Regards Sandeep.

    Thanks for the reply, then how do I get the Header and Footer cells once I have done my floorplan. I have included power switches(Header and Footer) in floorplan but when I generate the netlist after floorplan I can see State retention registers, Isolation cells but not header/footer. Can anyone suggest me how can I see header/footer in my netlist after floorplan. I am using encounter(version 6.2) tool.
