    Hello,

When saving to OA from Encounter:

    1. You need to make sure you have the cell  SL_INV1X1 exists on OA and you have specified the library in the OA reference library on the Design Import form.
    2. In order to create row in your design you need to make sure you have to define the corresponding site in your techfile

The easy way is first to create a new library in Virtuoso which 'reference' the technology library then importing the technology LEF inside this library in order to create the needed technology information and potentially the macro and std cells instances.

    regards,
    Alex
