    I think you're using the command correctly. "dbGet head.layers.spacingTables" shouldn't return 0x0.

    I just tried using 9.1.USR1 and 8.1.USR3 and it working as desired.  What version are you using?  If you're using 8.1.USR3 or newer perhaps you could file a service request or provide more information.

    Thanks,
    Bob

    Hi  Bob,

     Thanks for  your  help.

    My version is  9.1.USR1.  I know  what  you  said.

    When  using  the following  lef  file ,  tool   working as desired:

       SPACINGTABLE
      PARALLELRUNLENGTH     0.00    1.00    1.50    4.50
      WIDTH    0.00         0.20    0.20    0.20    0.20
      WIDTH    0.39         0.20    0.24    0.24    0.24
      WIDTH    1.50         0.20    0.24    0.50    0.50
      WIDTH    4.50         0.20    0.24    0.50    1.50 ;

    But  ,  I  have  only  this  lef  file  ,  how  to  do ?

        SPACING 0.420 ;
        SPACING 0.600 RANGE 10.001 200.0 ;
        SPACING 0.600 RANGE 10.001 200.0 INFLUENCE 1.0 ;

    Thanks again
