crossover & reconvergence

I'm not quite clear about the definition of crossover & reconvergence in clock tree synthesis,can anybody explain that?thankyou.

     I think crossover is when one clock path merges with another clock's path. I think reconvergence is when the clock path doubles back on itself. You can see how these things would present a problem for building the tree. Sometimes the clock path is tracing through something that it shouldn't. You can control this by setting exclude points, leaf points, etc.
