Cdb creation using make_cdb 7.1

I get a fatal error just after Characterizing the first cell, the exact point is shown below:

Can anyone tell me why this is occuring? The resrdx.cxx is not accessable in my local area, is this an internal file that is deleted after make_cdb exits?

Unfortunately, this message is not giving us many clues to debug the issue. Can you post your make_cdb script? Did you try make_cdb -64?
