Hi Everyone,

Below is the kind of error i am facing when loading a prects database. This happens when route.gz is being loaded.

**WARN: (ENCSYC-1831):  Net xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx has been changed, all wires for this net were ignored
**ERROR: (ENCSYC-1816): Current net list does not match wires file.

I am following Cadence EDI flow, 10.01 version. Completed make prects run and importing same database into encounter to analyse timing violation but i am stuck with the above error.

Did anyone of u faced this earlier, if so please guide to solve this issue.

Thanks,

Raj.

     Hello All,

I found a solution for this, this error pops up when i am loading the saved database. Analysed those nets which flagged in the error they are found to be inputs of buf_dummy_1219 ( these buffers are inserted to replace assign statements). At place stage tool is saving the database (cmd:saveDesign) with assign statements. I used cmd:setDoassign on -buffer buffer_name before the tool loads inputs, due to this while saving the tool did not retain assign but replaced them with buffer mentioned in the command.

After doing this i did not find mismatch between netlist and route.gz file while loading the database.

    Hope its understood and helpful.

    Thanks,

    Raj.
