Cadence ELC SPICE files

 Halo,

I am using Cadence ELC for the first time for the characterisation of a new standard cell library. From the ELC user guide, it is unclear from where to obtain or how to create the SPICE subcircuit and model files required by the tool.

Help will be much appreciated!

Thank you!

I am now in the same position... Do you have a sort of step-by-step guide to help out.. As you had mentioned in another post, the only available tutorial is from Lamech and I wish to have soemthing different .
