encounter and conformal

Hello every one.
Now we would use the conformal to verify the netlist after encounter(PR) and before encounter(PR),We found that in Encounter ,many module which have one standard lib cell such as one mux, became one module don't have any standard lib cell. When I use OptMode in Encounter, I also use -preservemodulefunction and nonrestruct, I don't know why many module became one module don't have anything.
