power planning for AMS design

Hi, I am working on Analog Mixed Signal Design(AMS)for Physical design. I am new to ASM design. so please let me know how to do the power mesh design for Digital block (in AMS design). I am using 3 Metal Layer process and for 0.35u Tech using CADENCE tool. so please let me know any document or technical papers on the same. Thanks & Regards, KulPrashant
