NRDB-1005 warning

If "setOptMode -fixFanoutLoad" true is applied before post route optimization, this warning gets generated during post route optimization:

  #WARNING (NRDB-1005) Can not establish connection to PIN a at (10.220 15.540) on M1 for NET B2T. The NET is considered partially routed.

Is this something I should be concerned?  Will the tool fix any issue associated with this?  Is there a way to make sure that this is not causing an issue?

      I have the same warning when doing an optDesign -postRoute -hold.  But I have no errors/warnings for verifyConnectivty. Does that mean the warning can be ignored? Below is the log. Thank you!

    #Number of eco nets is 2
