State Dependent Problem in db_output and alf2lib

Hi,

I'm currently using ETS 10.1  for library characterization. Here is a weried problem I got from 10.1 but it was not observed in previous version (ELC 8.1). It seems that the option -state is missing in both db_output and alf2lib?

In elc.command, I have the following environmental variables:

set_var EC_POWER_OUTPUT_DEPENDENT 1
set_var EC_LEAKAGE_OUTPUT_DEPENDENT 1

After I ran elc, I got the error as attached below:

elc>  db_state -p tt_1p0v_25c

State Generation by "tt_1p0v_25c" Process -pin_power -spnum 4

CELL : DFF1

elc>  db_output -report lib/hff_tt_1p0v_25c.alf.report -alf lib/hff_tt_1p0v_25c.alf -p tt_1p0v_25c -state

[WARNING(db_output)]Incorrect option specified as -state

elc>  alf2lib -state -alf lib/hff_tt_1p0v_25c.alf -lib lib/hff_tt_1p0v_25c.lib -def input/hff.def -leak_unit 1pW -max -supply {D CK Q} -power max -power_avg_all -slew_derate 0.5 -p 8 -state

UNKNOWN OPTION :-state

In both commands, "-state" is treated an unknow option. But It's supposed to be there, and will generate the state dependent internal/leakage power for me, right?

Thanks,
