 Why standrad cell area reported in  query place density is not matching with that of summaryReport

    Hi Shiva,

    queryPlaceDensity and the "Effective utilization" from summaryReport should be the same. If they are not you can try removing any cell padding or instance padding, placement blockages and special routing to see if that has an effect to narrow down the cause of the difference. But these commands should treat these objects the same as explained in the following solution:

    If you're unable to find the cause and can reproduce the issue in the latest release, I suggest opening a Service Request.
