Need some SSTA flow details

 Hi,

I was looking at the SSTA flow in ETS and had some doubts. I wend through the SSTA details present in the ETS user guide but wanted to find out more details explanation of the use and requriement of SSTA.

If some one has already evaluated/used SSTA and have some more detailed explanation/Material pertaining to the use of SSTA in design cycle, Can you share the same material.

Also regarding the input details requried for SSTA flow, do we get the S-ECSM (library with sensitivities details) libraries from the foundary or do we need to generate these libaraies?

One more general question is, from what process node SSTA is recommended. Do we need to consider the SSTA details for a 40nm process node???

Regards

deepak.
