Can not open OA library

Hi all, I am new to Cadence digital implementation system. I have been using this package for a few days and I am getting these error messages quite frequently.

**ERROR: (ENCOAX-503):  Can not open OA library 'TECH_C35B4'. Make sure the library exists on disk and its entry is present correctly in the library definition file.
**ERROR: (ENCOAX-503):  Can not open OA library 'TECH_C35B4'. Make sure the library exists on disk and its entry is present correctly in the library definition file.

I used TECH_C35B4 from AMS and I am sure I wrote the correct path to the location of the technology files in the start-up script. Can anyone please tell me why I am getting this error message.

Also, when I am not able to save my design as an open access database for some reason. I write a GDSII file and I am able to stream in the design in Virtuoso. I can see the layout with the standard cells, however, I don't see an accompanying schematic. Am I missing anything, is there something extra I need to do to make sure I am also able to stream the schematic?

Any help on these issues will be really appreciated. Thanks very much. I have a chip deadline soon.
