How to check the manufacturing grid parameter for an Encounter session?

After Nanoroute finished, there are vias off manufacturing grid, which even couldn't be identified by "verify geometry" (the Off Manufacturing Grid check has been turn on) inside Encounter. However, sign-off DRC checker (third part tool) will be able to find out those real violations after the design has been saved into OA database.

I am using OA based flow: all the rules related to technology/process are from my OA techlibrary. Inside the OA tech library, there are "mfgGridResolution( ( 0.050000))" and also, the techGetMfgGridResolution(techID) will give back 0.05 correctly for me inside OA (Virtuoso) envirenment. So, I pretty much believe the manufaturing gird information is provided correctly in the OA tech library.

How do I know Encounter fetch the correct manufacturing grid value from OA tech library or not? I guess Encounter is using a wrong value 0.01u instead of 0.05u since it could detect any offgrid errors that were intrudeced by me on purpose and were below 0.01u while it totally couldn't identify the violations above 0.01u. Further more, is there anyway to reset the manufacturing grid inside Encounter?

I just filed an online service request ( id # 42712684) to ask how to convert manufacturing grid information from OA reference library into Encounter.
