FlipChip: create Bump 2 Bump connection with fcroute

i have 2 Bumps ( signal-net is the same ) that i like to connect directly. Is there a way ?

 

  •  I'm not sure what your scenario is, but you can try this:

    srouteGrouteSerialBumpRouting TRUE

    you can put this statement in a text file, say it is called fc.ecf

    then

    setFlipChipMode -extraConfig fc.ecf

    then envoke fcroute, the extra config option will be used

    this is for straight connections of power bump to power bump connection, not designed for complex scenarios that need jogging etc.
