Library scaling

 Hi

Suppose that I have two corner case libraries , one at VDD=1.0V and Temperature 100C

and another one at VDD=1.3V and Temperature 100C

Now I want to analyze my circuit in a corner case that VDD=1.2V and Temperature is 100C

And I don't have the corner library for this point and I don't have the spice models to characterise a new library.

One solution can be to use a kind of interpolation between two libraries to make a new one.

How can I do this with Cadence toolset?

Thanks
